Road closure congestion
PITTSBURGH -- Passengers flying from Pittsburgh International Airport are reminded to allow extra time for possible road congestion.
Business Route 60, from the state Route 60 split to University Boulevard in Moon Township, will close for brief periods this weekend in conjunction with practice and performances by the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds at the Wings Over Pittsburgh Air Show.
Business Route 60 will be closed from the Route 60 split to University Boulevard at the following times: Saturday and Sunday from 12:45 to 1:10 p.m., 2 to 2:15 p.m. and 3 to 4:10 p.m.
F.N.B. earnings statement
HERMITAGE, Pa. -- F.N.B. Corp. will report its second-quarter earnings on July 21, the company announced this week.
The earnings report will be posted at 5 p.m. on the company's Web site at www.fnbcorporation.com, as well as First Call and PR Newswire.
Stephen Gurgovits, the company's CEO, and Brian Lilly, chief financial officer, will give an overview of the second quarter performance in an 11 a.m. conference call July 22. A question-and-answer period will follow.
Analysts, investors, media and other interested people may participate in the conference call by calling (800) 346-7359 and dialing entry code 3044. A transcript will also be posted on the company Web site. Deal on AIDS drug
RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil -- Brazil decided not to break the patent on a key AIDS drug after Abbott Laboratories agreed to significantly reduce the drug's price over the next six years, the Brazilian Health Ministry said Friday. The Brazilian government and Abbott reached an agreement late Friday after 10 days of negotiations.
