Wedding plans set for Dino Simmons and Ms. Howell

XBOARDMAN -- Denise Simmons, 6075 Applecrest Court No. 46, is announcing the engagement of her son, Dino Simmons, 3227 Shirley Road, Youngstown, and Tanisha Howell, 421 Willis Ave., Youngstown, daughter of Janeen Runyon, same address, and Anthony Warren, Youngstown.
The prospective groom is also a son of Barry Wallace of Youngstown.
An open ceremony will be held at 3 p.m. Aug. 6 at Mount Zion Baptist Church in Youngstown. Invitations will be issued for an evening reception at St. Charles Hall.
Ms. Howell is a home-health aide with Home Care With Heart and is pursuing a nursing degree at Youngstown State University.
Mr. Simmons earned an associate degree in computer programming at Western Iowa Tech in Sioux City, Iowa. He is an educational assistant with the Youngstown Board of Education.
