DeMain-Cole wedding plans are announced

XThe engagement of Jill Marie DeMain of Boardman, daughter of John and Norma DeMain of Youngstown, and Joseph H. Cole III of Boardman, son of Mrs. Margaret R. Sams of Liberty and the late Joseph H. Cole Jr., is being made known by the parents.
An open-church ceremony has been planned for 2 p.m. May 7 at St. Christine Church in Youngstown. A reception by invitation will be held that evening at St. Mary Assumption Social Center, also in Youngstown.
The future bride is a teacher for Mahoning Youngstown Community Action Partnership Head Start. She is a magna cum laude graduate of Youngstown State University, where she received her associate and bachelor's degrees in early childhood education.
The prospective groom is a customer-service specialist for SBC in Youngstown. He earned a bachelor's in education at YSU.
