Burkey-Johnston engagement told in New Springfield

XNEW SPRINGFIELD -- Loralyn and Daniel Burkey, 2874 E. South Range Road, announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Burkey of the same address, to William Johnston, 381 N. Arrowhead Bay Drive, Columbiana.
Parents of the prospective groom are Linda and Richard Johnston, 42960 state Route 39, Wellsville.
The couple will issue invitations to the wedding they have planned for 4:30 p.m. June 11 at Fellows Riverside Gardens and for a reception afterward at the D.D. and Velma Davis Education and Visitor Center, both in Mill Creek Park, Youngstown.
Miss Burkey, who attended Youngstown State University, is employed as a medical assistant by Forum Health in Youngstown.
Mr. Johnston, a graduate of Kent State University with a bachelor's degree in business management, is employed by the Federal Bureau of Prisons in Elkton as a recovery factory technician.
