CLUBS
XMcDonald Parents of Performing Arts will meet at 4 p.m. Wednesday in the senior citizens room at the post office building.
XStambaugh Pillars will hold its annual meeting Feb. 7 in the Marble Room at Stambaugh Auditorium. A social at 11:30 a.m. will precede lunch at noon. The guest speaker will be Jay Williams, director of the Youngstown Community Development Agency. Cost is $20, and reservations are due by Jan. 28.
XWarren Women's Connection will hold a ladies luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 14 at Aulizio's Banquet Center, 4395 Youngstown-Warren Road. The event will be a relaxing spa get-away featuring special music by Tia Ciferno and speaker Beth Kelly. A free nursery will be available. GRANGES
XDublin Grange have its annual dues-paying supper at 6 p.m. Tuesday followed by a regular business meeting. The Ohio State Grange report will be given by Mr. and Mrs. Richard Bryan, and slides of Italy will be shown by Gary Reel.
GUILDS
XThe Embroiderers Guild of America will meet Tuesday at the IOOF Hall in Canfield. The morning meeting will take place at 10 a.m., and the evening session is at 7:30 p.m. Todd Murdock will preside, and the project will be Genny's Name Tag, taught by Colin Donohue. LEAGUES
XTrumbull County League of Women Voters will have its annual legislative brunch at 9:30 a.m. Jan. 29 at Avalon Inn, East Market Street, Howland. Congressman Tim Ryan, state Sen. Mark Dann and Trumbull County state representatives, commissioners and mayors have been invited to attend. Guests will have the opportunity to talk to their elected officials, who will also speak to the group about future plans for the county. The cost is $15 for members and $18 for nonmembers.
