ART RAFFLES
XEmmanuel Community Care Center of Girard will sponsor "The Fine Art of Caring" art raffle at 7 p.m. Feb. 26 in the Azalea Room at St. Elizabeth's Boardman Campus, Market Street at McClurg Road. The evening will also feature a hot hors d'oeuvres buffet, wine, a sideboard auction and 50-50 raffle. A $100 raffle ticket entitles the patron to one piece of raffled art, while regular admission tickets are $30 each. Sponsorship levels available are: Michaelangelo for $1,000, includes four raffle and four admission tickets; DaVinci, $750 for three raffle and five admission tickets; and Van Gogh, $500 for two raffle and two admission tickets. XMembers of Blackhawk Band Boosters are looking for vendors of handmade craft items for their 21st Annual Spring Craft Show to be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 12 at Blackhawk High School, 500 Blackhawk Road, Beaver Falls, Pa. FUND-RAISER
XTrumbull County 4-H Endowment Committee is beginning a donation campaign for its biannual dinner and auction to be held April 9 at Yankee Lake Ballroom. Committee members and 4-H members and friends will be canvassing Trumbull County for donations of new items, gift certificates, event tickets and theme baskets, as well as monetary donations. The committee will also be selling raffle tickets for a quilt and afghans. Money raised at the auction will be used for educational projects, awards, and college and camp scholarships.
