The local cash contribution for program grants is $14,361 plus $1,847 in in-kind services. The total program cost is $280,869 and involves a mix of federal and state funds.
This program includes fixed-route transportation services and dial-a-ride services.

Also Wednesday, the commissioners approved a funding agreement with District XI for the elderly nutrition program this year. The local cash required -- $30,000 -- is in carryover balances and no additional funds are required, they said.
The nutrition program also receives $42,798 in in-kind services from the county.
This program provides for congregate meals at various sites and home-delivered meals.
The commissioners also approved nutrition program agreements for nutrition site operators. Providing facilities rent-free are the city of Hubbard, Cortview Village in Cortland, Kinsman Fire Department and the village of Lordstown.
All of these agreements were recommended by the Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs.
