XYOUNGSTOWN -- St. Christine Church was the setting at 2 p.m. Dec. 4 as Monsignor David Rhodes officiated for the marriage of Adriana DiMatteo, daughter of Anna and Luca DiMatteo, 2721 Canfield Road, and Thomas Hall, son of Mary and Robert Hall of Chatham, N.J.
After a reception at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Social Hall, the couple left on a wedding trip to Quebec City, Canada. They also are planning a trip to Costa Rica later this month.
They are living in Chicago, where the bride is a nurse anesthetist at Weiss Memorial Hospital and the groom is a national account manager for Brach's Confections Inc. She holds a bachelor's degree in nursing from Youngstown State University and a master's in health sciences from LaRoche College in Pittsburgh and St. Elizabeth Hospital School of Nurse Anesthesia. He received his bachelor's in economics from Ohio Wesleyan, Delaware.
The bride's white A-line gown was trimmed with beading, pearls and Swarovski crystals.
Matron of honor for her sister was Maria DiMatteo-Rivera. She wore a burgundy gown, as did the bridesmaids, Amelia Alcantara, Sharon Bakondy, Maria Morgione and Keri Pantloni. Flower girls were Stephanie and Christina Rivera, the bride's nieces, and Jessica and Ashley Hall, nieces of the groom.
Best man for his brother was Timothy Hall. Groomsmen were Paul Fleming, Gregory Gill, Jason Levin and Christopher Carlos, and ring bearers were Tyler Hall, his nephew, and David Luca Rivera, her nephew.
