Jessica Gibbs, Ross Meloro to wed in autumn

XHARTFORD -- Mr. and Mrs. David A. Gibbs of Hartford are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Jessica L. Gibbs, to Ross N. Meloro, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dominic A. Meloro of Howland.
Miss Gibbs, who will graduate in June from Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in industrial design, is employed by Continental Office Environments in Columbus.
Mr. Meloro, a graduate of OSU with a bachelor's in computers and information science, is employed by American Electric Power in Columbus.
Invitations will be issued for the wedding and reception the couple are planning in September.
