Regan Romoser, Michael Welch are engaged

XATHENS -- The engagement of Regan Eileen Romoser and Michael Paul Welch of Athens is being announced by the bride-elect's parents, William and Margaret Romoser of Athens.
Parents of the prospective groom are George and Deborah Welch of Warren.
The couple are planning a July 16 wedding in Athens.
Miss Romoser, a graduate of Ohio University, is a graduate student at Ohio University Russ College of Engineering and Technology.
Mr. Welch, also a graduate of OU, is a systems administrator at Ohio University Office of the Registrar.
