Virginia mall may change
YOUNGSTOWN -- The Cafaro Co. is considering changes to its 25-year-old Spotsylvania Mall in Fredericksburg, Va.
The shopping center is located on Virginia Route 3, near the exit for busy U.S. Route 95.
According to a story in the Free Lance Star newspaper in Fredericksburg, Cafaro executives would not share details about their plans.
In January, the company bought 16.6 acres next to the mall for $780,000, according to the Star. Most of the property lies in Spotsylvania County, but 3.3 acres is in the city of Fredericksburg.
Alcohol rules topic of event
BOARDMAN -- An educational program for Mahoning County alcohol permit holders will take place Thursday.
The Hire Education for Liquor Permits Program, presented by Ohio Investigative Unit Agent-In-Charge Bill Wedeking, will provide instruction on laws relating to the sale and consumption of alcohol and tobacco.
The presentation will take place at 1 p.m. in the Marie Debartolo Room of the Boardman Government Center, 8299 Market St.

F.N.B. approves dividend
HERMITAGE, Pa. -- The board of directors of F.N.B. Corp. has approved a quarterly cash dividend on common stock of 23 cents a share. The dividend is payable March 15 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 1.
F.N.B. also announced that its 2005 annual meeting of shareholders will be held May 18 at Thiel College in Greenville, Pa. The meeting is open to all F.N.B. common stock shareholders of record as of March 9.
WorkMED expands
CORTLAND -- WorkMED, the Occupational Health and Medicine affiliate of ForumHealth, expanded services and opened a new site in Trumbull County on Feb. 1.
The new WorkMED office is at Forum Health Elm Road Medical Park with Elm Road Immediate Care, which recently moved to 2662 Elm Road in Bazetta Township.
WorkMED's main office in Boardman began providing occupational health and industrial rehabilitation services for area employers and their workers in 1991.

Air Force seals tire deal
AKRON -- The U.S. Air Force has awarded a $4.82 million contract to Goodyear Tire & amp; Rubber Co. here for pneumatic tires.
The contract was awarded by the Air Force Materiel Command's Ogden Air Logistics Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah.
GSA awards law contract
ASHTABULA -- The U.S. General Services Administration has awarded a contract valued at up to $150,000 to Compliance Core for law enforcement, security, marine craft, fire/rescue and special purpose clothing.
The contract was awarded by GSA's Federal Supply Service, Fort Worth, Texas.
Wendy's earning to drop
DUBLIN, Ohio -- Wendy's International Inc. said Thursday it expects earnings per share to fall short of Wall Street expectations in 2005 despite stronger sales at its restaurants and improved results from the struggling Baja Fresh Mexican Grill chain.
The fast-food chain based in this Columbus suburb predicted yearly earnings of $2.17 to $2.23 per share excluding one-time charges, up 10 percent to 13 percent. Analysts surveyed by Thomson First Call expect earnings of $2.44 per share.
