A Trumbull County grand jury has indicted these individuals:
Timothy R. Marshall, 48, Cleveland, tampering with coin machines, breaking and entering, possessing criminal tools.
Loren C. Webb, 26, Youngstown, carrying a concealed weapon, two counts of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
Robert M. Jewell, 22, Niles, petty theft.
Denise Trinette Code, 36, Warren, negligent assault.
Keith A. Barnhart, 32, Warren, falsification, theft.
Anthony Hall, 33, Warren, petty theft, receiving stolen property, three counts of forgery.
Irene S. Ritter, 50, Warren, possession of cocaine.
Katherine Tate, 42, Warren, receiving stolen property.
Bennie L. Veasey, 23, Garfield Heights, possession of marijuana, falsification.
NO BILLS
The grand jury chose not to indict in these cases:
Rodney A. Pippin, 37, Youngstown, aggravated vehicular homicide while driving under suspension. He faced charges in a fatal hit-and-run accident last December in Liberty Township, which resulted in the death of Clayton K. Orechoneg, 71, of Liberty.
Robert M. Jewell, aggravated robbery.
Denise Trinette Code, felonious assault.
Loren C. Webb, trafficking in marijuana, possession of marijuana.
Justin M. Davila, 18, Youngstown, aggravated burglary, felonious assault.
Lorelei Smith Lockett, 56, Youngstown, trafficking in marijuana, possession of marijuana, possessing drug instruments.
Stephen W. Strawderman II, 20, Warren, aggravated burglary, felonious assault.
Owen W. Bey IV, 23, Valley View, Ohio, possession of marijuana.
