Megan M. Rider and Mr. Mintern are engaged

XGIRARD -- Announcement is being made by Thomas G. and Stephanie M. Rider, 2248 Crestmont Drive, of the engagement of their daughter, Megan Marie Rider of the same address, and Christopher Thomas Mintern, 1003 Robbins Ave., No. 1, Niles.
Parents of the prospective groom are Dale T. and Helen L. Mintern, 245 Howland-Wilson Road, Warren.
An open-church ceremony is being planned by the couple for 2 p.m. April 16 at St. Rose Church. Invitations will be issued for an adult reception that evening at DiVieste Banquet Hall in Warren.
Miss Rider is a guest-services specialist for Fairfield Inn & amp; Suites in Austintown. She attended Youngstown State University.
Her fiance is a line-clearance technician for Nelson Tree Service in Dayton. He is a U.S. Navy veteran.
