The Youngstown Board of Control also handled these matters at its Thursday meeting:
Approved the severance pay of $27,434 to Ralph L. Dickinson, who held a position in the Wastewater Treatment Plant and retired Jan. 1.
Approved payment of $35,934 for the software maintenance agreement with Crisnet Inc. for the record management and reporting software used by police department's mobile data computers.
Approved a request by Judge Robert Douglas of Youngstown Municipal Court to buy a 2005 vehicle for the court's bailiff department for $14,153.
Approved a contract modification to the Division Street Bridge project that will result in a net reduction of $21,374.
