YOUNGSTOWN -- Dick Reuben of Evangelistic Association Inc., Boonville, Ind., will speak at 6:30 p.m. Friday, next Saturday and Jan. 8-11 at The Place Christian Center, 104 W. Evergreen Ave. His topic will be "How Does the Church Relate to God's Pattern for Israel?"
Rosary cenacle
YOUNGSTOWN -- The Shrine of Our Lady Comforter of the Afflicted, 517 S. Belle Vista Ave., and the Queen of the Holy Rosary prayer group will have a rosary cenacle at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. There will be devotions, the rosary and Divine Mercy chaplet. Refreshments will follow in the social hall.
Service of healing
YOUNGSTOWN -- A service of healing, including Communion, is planned at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at St. John Episcopal Church, 323 Wick Ave. A part of the service is the laying on of hands with a suitable prayer.

POLAND -- Devis Titus of Youngstown will speak on "A New Year, A New You: Growing in the Graciousness of God" during a program at 7 p.m. Jan. 9 at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 2985 Center Road. A love offering will be taken.
