OSHP investigates crash on Route 224

POLAND -- The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a late evening accident on U.S. Route 224 here. John Pollander, 45, of Canfield was headed westbound on Route 224 in a tractor-trailer, and Richard Borison, 68, of Wampum, Pa., was headed eastbound in a pickup truck when Borison crossed the center line, striking the tractor-trailer on the right front side. Pollander was not injured. Borison and his passenger were taken to an undisclosed hospital with minor injuries.
