Roger K. Higgenbotham Jr., 35, Ridge Road, Warren; menacing by stalking.
Timothy J. Roessler, 27, Mahoning County Justice Center; burglary.
Robert Duvall, 46, West Lucius Avenue, Youngstown; failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.
Rodney J. Yanvari, 36, Sixth Street, Campbell; burglary.
Michael Stoutemire, 29, Compton Lane, Youngstown; possession of cocaine.
Sheila A. Cochrane, 48, Parkcliffe Avenue, Youngstown; theft.
Amber J. Pellice, 23, West Earle Avenue, Youngstown; theft, receiving stolen property, misuse of credit card, identity fraud.
