Indians Media Tour to arrive Jan. 26 at YSU



YOUNGSTOWN -- The annual Cleveland Indians Media Tour and KidsFest returns to the Mahoning Valley on Jan. 26 with an event at Youngstown State University's Stambaugh Stadium.
Doors open at 5 p.m. and the event begins at 5:30 p.m.
The event benefits Forum Health Tod Children's Hospital and features Indians C.C. Sabathia, Travis Hafner and Cliff Lee.
Manager Eric Wedge and Tom Hamilton, the voice of the Indians, also will be in attendance.
A 2005 Indians highlight video will be shown and a question-and-answer session is planned.
Among the mascots who will attend are the Mahoning Valley Scrappers' Scrappy, Youngstown State's Pete the Penguin and the Indians' Slider.
Adult tickets cost $10. Tickets for children ages 12 and younger cost $5. Prices include autographs from all personalities as well as free admission to the YSU men's basketball game following the event.
