Federal offices: U.S. Post Office, Youngstown and Warren, closed Monday. Federal Bankruptcy Court and District Court, closed Monday.
Universities: Youngstown State, and Kent State Trumbull, closed Monday.
Western Reserve Transit Authority, closed Monday.
Public libraries:
Youngstown-Mahoning County, closed Sat., Sun. and Mon.; Warren-Trumbull, closed Saturday and Monday.
Stock market: Closed Monday.
Banks:
Bank One, open Friday and Monday.
Charter One, Cortland Banks, Farmers National Bank, First National Bank, First Place Bank, Home Federal Savings & amp; Loan, Home Savings & amp; Loan, Key Bank, National City of Ohio, National City of Pennsylvania, Sky Bank, closed Monday.
US Bank in Poland, Boardman, Canfield and Warren area, closed Sunday, open 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday.
