Forum Health At Home offers hot, nutritious meals at noon weekdays at nine locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance, and transportation is available. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.
Wednesday, Dec. 28: Barbecued riblets, parslied potatoes, succotash, Diamond Jim bun with margarine, regular or diet fruit mix and milk.
Thursday, Dec. 29: Beef tips with gravy, noodles, brussels sprouts, roll with margarine, birthday cake (diet peanut butter cookies available) and milk.
Friday, Dec. 30: Kielbasa and sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, Italian mixed vegetables, cloverleaf roll with margarine, regular or diet lemon snow and milk.
Saturday, Dec. 31: Salami and provolone cheese with mustard on white bread, coleslaw, apple, diet oatmeal cookie and milk.
Monday, Jan. 2: Closed for New Year's.
Tuesday, Jan. 3: Liver and onions, mashed potatoes with gravy, peas, rye bread with margarine, regular or diet fruited gelatin and milk.

Trumbull county
The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.25 per meal.
