UNIVERSITY OF TOLEDO
Holly Elizabeth LeClair, daughter of Thomas and Janet LeClair of Canfield, was presented with the "Barrister Award" and cited as the "Best Oralist" in a recent Mock Court Room competition at Toledo's College of Law. LeClair is a second-year student. Two groups of students presented arguments before three United States District Court judges in the case of "Intelligent Design vs. Evolution." LeClair's team won the final round, and she took the special honors as the only undefeated student in Moot Court arguments. She is a graduate of Canfield High School and earned her undergraduate degree in forensic chemistry at Ohio University.
