INDICTMENTS MAHONING COUNTY



A Mahoning County grand jury declined to indict Paul Furgus on a charge of felonious assault and Paul Groves on a charge of receiving stolen property. The grand jury did indict these people in its report issued Thursday:
Donald Slocum, 37, Brooklyn Avenue Youngstown; carrying concealed weapons; illegal possession of a firearm or firearms; possession of cocaine.
Donald J. Lenhart, 49, Elm Street, Struthers; felonious assault.
Gregory Chism, 37, South Heights Avenue, Youngstown; trafficking in cocaine, trafficking in marijuana.
Donald Caballero-Guerrero, 26, North Brockway Avenue, Youngstown; tampering with records.
Jessica Vinion, 66cq, Brockway Avenue no street direction indicated on indictment, Youngstown; possession of cocaine.
Antonio D. Cleveland Jr., 24, Williamson Avenue, Youngstown; possession of cocaine.
James C. Swearengenok, 25, Pine Hollow Drive, Youngstown; possession of marijuana; possession of cocaine; permitting drug abuse with forfeiture specifications.
Robert A. Nipper, 26, Idaho Road, Austintown; possession of cocaine.
Marquis Whitted, 21, West Princeton Avenue, Youngstown; possession of cocaine.
David H. Bolger, 20, East Midlothian Boulevard, Youngstown; intimidation of a witness with firearm specifications.
Sean P. Strojny, 20, Jackson Street, Youngstown; carrying concealed weapons.
Wyatt Miller, 31, South Hazelwood Avenue, Youngstown; arson.
Andrew Mercado, 42, Cleveland Street, Youngstown; receiving stolen property.
John E. Martin, 46, Market Street, North Lima; receiving stolen property.
Anthony J. McGee, 36, Homestead Avenue, Youngstown; felonious assault.
James Washington, 18, Hammaker Street, Youngstown; possession of cocaine.
Joshua A. West, 25, Eastway Drive, Youngstown; illegal conveyance of a deadly weapon into a school safety zone.
The grand jury also issued four secret indictments -- one for aggravated robbery with a firearm specification, three others for trafficking in cocaine -- against four unnamed individuals. Their identities will be revealed when they are apprehended.
