Prosecutor dismisses charge

CANFIELD -- A doctor who was arrested and charged with domestic violence in October is no longer facing that charge. The misdemeanor charge against Dr. Robert J. Brocker Jr. was dismissed in county court here Wednesday.
Brocker, a neurologist with a practice on Covington Street in Youngstown, was arrested Oct. 30 after his wife, Kathy, called 911 to report a physical confrontation at their Glenview Road home, a city police report said. The charge was dismissed by the prosecutor at the request of Mrs. Brocker.
