Man shot in chest in stable condition

YOUNGSTOWN -- Police are investigating a shooting that sent one man to the hospital. According to police reports, Marcus Clinkscale, 31, of Lansdowne Boulevard went with a friend to a home on East Philadelphia Avenue about 4:30 p.m. Monday to find someone.
Clinkscale, reports say, was told the individual he was looking for was across the street at another house. Reports say he was shot in the chest upon arriving at the second house. Clinkscale was in stable condition Monday night at St. Elizabeth Health Center.
