XYOUNGSTOWN -- Kevin John Herner of Austintown and his bride, the former Antonietta Elvira Ianiri, also of Austintown, honeymooned in Aruba after their Nov. 26 wedding at St. Christine Church.
The Rev. David Weikart officiated at the 2 p.m. ceremony, and a reception followed at The Georgetown in Boardman.
The bride is a daughter of Romano and Maria Ianiri of Youngstown.
Heavy silver embroidery adorned the bride's ivory satin A-line gown fashioned with a semicathedral train.
Concetta Bermann of Youngstown, the bride's sister, was honor attendant. Bridesmaids were Paula Tancer of East Palestine, Corey Lesky of Hubbard and Virginia Duncan of Boardman. They wore plum-colored dresses. Flower girl was the bride's niece, Marina Bermann of Youngstown.
Performing the duties of best man was David Bermann of Youngstown, the bride's brother-in-law. Groomsmen were Dan Tancer of East Palestine, Greg Lesky of Hubbard, Paul Duncan of Boardman and Joshua Bermann of Youngstown, the bride's nephew.
Mrs. Herner is employed as a registered general medical technologist at Forum Health Northside Medical Center, Youngstown. She earned a bachelor's degree in applied science at Youngstown State University.
Mr. Herner graduated from Winona State University, Winona, Minn., with an associate degree. He is employed as the plant manager with Stanek Windows in Cleveland.
