Appliance causes fire

WEST MIDDLESEX, Pa. -- Firefighters contained a structure fire to an upstairs bedroom at 587 Greenfield Road on Thursday night. The house was occupied, but no injuries were reported. Fire Chief Rich Garrett declined to give a damage estimate but said fire was caused accidentally by an undetermined electrical appliance.
