A Columbiana County grand jury recently indicted two men on charges of aggravated robbery stemming from the Nov. 16 assault on a pizza deliveryman. Joshua M. Courtney, 19, of Jimtown Road, East Palestine, and Robert J. Smith, 18, of Salem, are accused of calling a deliveryman to a house in Salem where the occupant wasn't home and, while wearing ski masks, breaking the delivery man's nose and facial bones and kicking him in the ribs before taking his money. Others indicted:
Robert J. Smith, 44, of Grandview Road, Lake Milton, robbery and failure to comply with an order or signal from an officer.
Dewayne L. Stokes, 44, of state Route 172, East Rochester, domestic violence.
Bruce Weaver, 43, of East Third St., Salem, driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Tyrone B. Coles, 31, of Moore St., East Liverpool, domestic violence.
Thomas L. Peterson, 41, of Fourth St., Salem, breaking and entering and receiving stolen property.
Brad A. Ruozzo, 21, of Youngstown, burglary and two counts of theft.
Joseph M. Koffel, 37, of Chestnut St., Lisbon, aggravated burglary and intimidation of a victim or witness in a criminal case.
David Heddleston III, 31, of Frischkorn Road, Wellsville, breaking and entering and receiving stolen property.
Christopher D. Dean, 19, of Beech Street, Wellsville, breaking and entering.
