4 missing tenants found alive after blast
BERGENFIELD, N.J. (AP) -- Authorities who searched the rubble of a deadly apartment-complex explosion overnight for four missing tenants found them Wednesday, going about their normal business.
"They didn't even know they were missing," Mayor Richard Bohan said. "Apparently they were going about their normal daily routines and it never occurred [to them] that someone might be looking for them."
Tuesday morning's explosion and fire killed three people and injured five, occurred after construction workers hit a gas line, authorities said.
