Unbeaten Campbell tops Lakeview, 47-42



Boardman beat Rayen, while Warren Harding routed Beaver Local.
CORTLAND -- Campbell's Terrance Phillips scored 23 points and the Red Devils held Lakeview to just 12 first-half points en route to a 47-42 victory in a non-league boys basketball game at Lakeview High School on Tuesday.
Jermaine Richardson added 12 points for Campbell (4-0), which led 17-12 at the break.
Eddie Mackiewicz paced the Bulldogs (3-1) with eight points and Dustin Opalka had eight rebounds.
Hubbard 75, Badger 57
HUBBARD -- Frank Rosile hit five 3-pointers and scored 19 points while Corey Hitt tossed in 18 more points for the Eagles.
Marc Kanetsky added 16 points including 13 in the second half.
The Braves, who trailed 17-8 after eight minutes, were paced by Josh Shreeves who scored 12 points.
Boardman 64, Rayen 58
BOARDMAN -- Jon Kocon had 24 points and Erik Johnson added 10 points and four rebounds for Boardman (3-1).
Troy Rice had 14 points, seven assists, five rebounds and three blocked shots for the Tigers (1-4), while Justin Queener had 10 points and six rebounds.
Warren Harding 101, Beaver Local 21
WARREN -- Damian Eargle had 15 points and 12 rebounds to lead Harding in a Steel Valley Conference game.
O'dell Eargle had 17 points and four dunks for the Raiders (3-0, 3-0), while Bryan Wright had 14 and Tashon Williams and Keelyn Franklin each had 13. Harding won the turnover margin 27-10 and the rebounding margin 58-14.
Southeast 47, Ravenna 44
RAVENNA -- Micah Herndon scored 29 points to lead Southeast (2-2).
Brandon Hensley had 17 points for Ravenna (0-3).
Shenango 79, Ellwood City 52
NEW CASTLE -- Steve McNees, Kyle Monteaux and Luke O'Hara combined for 62 points to lead Shenango.
McNees led Shenango with 22 points, 12 assists and six rebounds for the Wildcats (4-2), which took a 42-27 halftime lead.
O'Hara had 20 points and Monteaux had 20 points and 10 rebounds.
Steve Lodovico paced the Panthers with 14 points.
