East Liverpool drug raid

EAST LIVERPOOL -- The Columbiana County Drug Task Force announced it had raided a residence Tuesday at 807 McKinnon Ave. and seized 5.9 grams of suspected cocaine and two handguns.
City police and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation took part in the search. The time of the raid was not announced.
A task force statement said the suspected cocaine was valued at $600. Authorities seized more than $1,800 in cash.
Suspected drug paraphernalia, scales and packing material also were seized. A man and a woman were identified as the home's occupants. The task force said arrests are pending.
