A summary of reported police activity in Poland and Boardman:
POLAND
Dec. 7
Arrest: A Poland man, 31, surrendered to police. He was wanted on a warrant from Struthers charging him with domestic violence.
Dec. 13
Vandalism: Police discovered damage to property and to a sign near Sheridan Road and Alverne Drive, as well as several signs that had been knocked over near Johnston Place.
BOARDMAN
Dec. 10
Criminal mischief: Three people discovered someone let the air out of all four tires on their vehicles in the 7400 block of West Boulevard.
Felonious assault: After responding to a fight call in the Boardman High School parking lot, 7777 Glenwood Ave., police charged an 18-year-old Canfield man with felonious assault. Someone reported a Boardman man was seriously injured after being punched in the head and striking his head on the pavement.
Theft: A 32-year-old Niles man faced a theft charge. He was accused of stealing clothing from the J.C. Penney store in the Southern Park Mall.
Theft: Officers took a 49-year-old New Springfield woman into custody after clothing was taken from Sears in the Southern Park Mall. She was charged with theft.
Theft: A woman in the 8300 block of Glenwood Avenue reported the theft of speakers, a speaker box and an amplifier.
Theft: A Boardman man discovered a theft from his car after leaving Fred Astaire Dance Studio, 5090 Market St.
Arrests: Two Youngstown boys, 14 and 16, were picked up on criminal mischief charges after police said they saw the pair spray-painting their names in a side yard near Four Wheels Vehicles, 5925 South Ave. One of the boys also faced a theft charge after officers said he admitted stealing the paint from Pat Catan's Craft Center, 6151 South Ave.
Drug possession: A New Middletown man, 29, was cited on a charge of possession of marijuana after police detained him when learning he was wanted on warrants from Beaver Township police.

Criminal mischief: A woman in the 300 block of Erskine Avenue reported someone drove a vehicle through her yard and caused damage.
Theft: A Boardman man reported that items were stolen from his car at the Southern Park Mall.
Assault: A man in the 4000 block of South Avenue told police he suffered a dog bite after someone instructed the animal to attack him.
Theft: A Youngstown girl, 17, and a Warren woman, 20, faced theft charges after merchandise was stolen from Target, 417 Boardman-Poland Road.
Criminal damage: A Boardman woman discovered damage to her mother's vehicle while at Sunrise Farm Market, 8585 South Ave.
Theft: A 44-year-old Youngstown man faced a theft count after being accused of stealing steaks from Cochran's Sparkle Market, 4121 South Ave. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was added after police say they found a suspected crack pipe.
Theft: Police apprehended a 23-year-old Youngstown woman on a theft charge after merchandise was stolen from Wal-Mart, 1300 Doral Drive.
Burglary: A man in the 1800 block of Sequoya Drive found his residence had been broken into.
Domestic violence: Police arrested a Boardman man, 51, on a domestic violence charge after a Hillman Way woman reported a physical altercation with her boyfriend. The man was re-arrested on a charge of criminal trespass when police say he returned to the woman's residence despite signing a condition of bond that stated he was not allowed there.
Arrest: A Youngstown man, 19, was picked up on a warrant from Boardman charging him with felonious assault relating to an August occurrence.
Arrest: A 19-year-old Canton man, wanted on three warrants from Boardman, surrendered to police. The charges were kidnapping, aggravated burglary and domestic violence.
Dec. 12
Criminal damage: A worker at the Travelers Inn, 6110 Market St., reported a man broke a room window after banging on it.
Assault: A man reported being struck in the face while at a friend's home in the 200 block of Shields Road.
Theft: A woman stole a DVD player from Walgreen Pharmacy, 525 E. Midlothian Blvd.
Bad check: An employee at Boardman Sweeper Sales & amp; Service, 5224 Market St., reported getting a $127.22 check from a closed account.
Theft: Police arrested a 28-year-old Struthers woman on a theft charge after a drill was taken from Home Depot, 7001 Southern Blvd. She also was charged with possession of drug-abuse instruments after officers say they found a hypodermic needle in her purse.
Criminal mischief: Someone damaged a pay phone at Buffalo Wild Wings in the Southern Park Mall.
Breaking and entering: Someone broke into Luc's Auto Service, 4100 Market St. It was undisclosed if anything was taken.
Arrest: Boardman police arrested a 23-year-old Struthers man on a warrant from Struthers that charged him with burglary.
