Steiner-Hudders troth is told, wedding planned

XEAST LIVERPOOL -- James and Elizabeth Steiner, 15404 Cannons Mill Road, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Kristen Burton Steiner of New York, and Andrew Davenport Hudders, also of New York, a son of Margaret Hudders of Larchmont, N.Y., and the late Carroll H. Hudders Jr.
Miss Steiner graduated from Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in Russian and earned her master's at the I Institut Sup rieur des Affaires of The Group HEC School of Management, Jouy-en-Josas, France. She is a financial writer with The Bank of New York.
Mr. Hudders is a partner in the law firm of Graubard Miller in New York. He graduated from Connecticut College in New London, Conn., with a bachelor's degree in history and history of art, and from London School of Economics with a master's in European studies. He received his juris doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, and an L.L.M. in English law from Cambridge University in England.
The couple will extend invitations for their 11 a.m. ceremony April 22 at the First Presbyterian Church in New York.
