"Elton John: The Red Piano" (8 p.m., NBC): Elton John brings his lavish Las Vegas show to television and belts out some of his biggest hits in a new special. Taped at Caesars Palace, this big-scale Vegas production is captured by 36 high-def cameras and includes his classics such as "Daniel," "Rocket Man," "Bennie and the Jets" and "Candle in the Wind," plus a rousing "Pinball Wizard." As if all that weren't enough, panoramic videos that accompany him feature Justin Timberlake as a young Elton John.
