Forum Health At Home offers hot, nutritious meals at noon weekdays at nine locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance, and transportation is available. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.
Wednesday, Dec. 14: Roast beef, mashed potatoes with gravy, brussels sprouts, cloverleaf roll with margarine, fresh fruit and milk.
Thursday, Dec. 15: Creamed turkey, mashed potatoes with dressing, California mixed vegetables, cranberry sauce, wheat roll with margarine, pumpkin pie with whipped topping (diet pudding available) and milk.
Friday, Dec. 16: Mild rope sausage with peppers and onions, sausage roll with margarine, cheesy onion mashed potatoes, peas, regular or diet chocolate pudding and milk.
Saturday, Dec. 17: Salami and provolone cheese on Italian bread with mayonnaise, pickled beets with Italian dressing, raisins, orange and milk.
Monday, Dec. 19: Baked ham, zesty potatoes, baked beans, wheat bread with margarine, regular or diet citrus sections and milk.
Tuesday, Dec. 20: Stuffed peppers, au gratin potatoes, peas and pearl onions, wheat roll with margarine, spice cake (gingersnaps available) and milk.

Trumbull county
The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.25 per meal.
