Taran Helms, 20, Rigby Street, Youngstown, theft, three counts.
Damon Clark Jr., 21, Magnolia Avenue, Youngstown, carrying concealed weapons, burglary, two counts.
Chauncey Collins, 27, North Pearl Street, Youngstown, felonious assault, three counts, with firearm specifications.
Daniel K. Cronin, 23, West Calla Road, Salem, burglary.
