A summary of reported crime in Boardman Township:
Dec. 1
Theft: A woman in the 100 block of Centervale Avenue reported the theft of a cellular phone.
Burglary: A Rush Circle woman reported her garage broken into and a Chevy Trailblazer stolen.
Theft/criminal damaging: A man in the 6800 block of Southern Boulevard reported his Jeep Cherokee was broken into and items were stolen.
Auto theft: A man reported a car stolen from his driveway in the 3900 block of Stratmore Avenue.
Theft: A worker at Bob Evans Restaurant, 7347 California Ave., told police someone entered a cooler that had been locked and removed various food items.
Drugs: After determining the car a 20-year-old Youngstown woman was driving had been stolen, police arrested her on charges of receiving stolen property and possession of drugs (crack cocaine), both felonies.
Drugs: Officers arrested a 38-year-old Youngstown woman near Midlothian Boulevard and Lake Park Road. She was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Arrest: Police and members of the Mahoning County Violent Crimes Task Force arrested a 33-year-old man at his Glenwood Avenue home. He was wanted on charges of attempted rape and assault.
Arrest: A Boardman woman, 48, was taken into custody near Indianola Road and Southern Boulevard on charges of driving under suspension, having fictitious license plates and failure to appear in court.
Theft: A cellular phone was taken from a vehicle at the Southern Park Mall.
Dec. 2
Breaking and entering: An employee at Carbide Metals Inc., 6001 Southern Blvd., noticed someone had broken in.
Criminal damaging: An employee at La-Z-Boy Furniture Gallery, 770 Boardman-Poland Road, discovered a lock was cut from a box truck.
Attempted burglary: A woman noticed someone tried to enter her residence in the 7500 block of Jaguar Drive.
Breaking and entering: Police picked up a 48-year-old Youngstown man at a residence in the 300 block of Mathews Road on a breaking-and-entering charge.
Theft: After thefts took place at Sears in the Southern Park Mall and at Target, 417 Boardman-Poland Road, an East Liverpool man, 35, and a Youngstown man, 23, faced theft charges.
Domestic violence: Officers arrested a 16-year-old girl at her Boardman-Canfield Road residence and charged her with domestic violence. A family member reported being a victim.
Dec. 3
Theft: A man in the 4000 block of Hillman Way discovered items missing from his vehicle.
Burglary: A woman discovered her home in the 200 block of Meadowbrook Avenue had been broken into.
Theft/arrests: While investigating a theft at Value City Department Store, 1130 Boardman-Poland Road, officers arrested a 34-year-old Youngstown man on charges of theft and obstructing official business. Also apprehended were two Youngstown women, 19 and 45, who were wanted on warrants charging them with assault. Other charges against the women were resisting arrest and obstructing official business.
Arrest: While investigating a report of a man passed out in his car, police picked up a 21-year-old Boardman man. He was wanted on a warrant charging him with violation of a court order, and was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence.
Dec. 4
Stolen property: After responding to a report of a man walking in traffic on South Avenue, officers took a Youngstown man, 33, into custody on charges of receiving stolen property and disorderly conduct while intoxicated. Property had been stolen from Giant Eagle, 1201 Doral Drive.
Burglary: A woman reported her home in the 7400 block of Huntington Drive was broken into.
Criminal trespass: Police apprehended a 16-year-old Canfield girl on a criminal-trespass charge. An Indianola Road man reported an unwanted person on his property, and officers say she had been warned to stay off the property.
Theft: Two Youngstown women, 24 and 28, faced theft charges after clothing was stolen from the J.C. Penney store in the Southern Park Mall.
Theft: A motorist left the Shell True North station at 7598 Market St. without paying for gasoline.
Theft: A 46-year-old Youngstown man was charged with theft and possession of criminal tools. He was accused of stealing items from Dollar General, 271 Boardman-Canfield Road, and having wire cutters when searched.
Theft: Two New Castle, Pa., men, 41 and 59, were charged with theft after being accused of taking tools from Sears.
Theft: A man in the 5400 block of Mill Creek Boulevard reported the theft of a lawn ornament.
Theft: An 18-year-old Boardman woman faced a theft count after a purse was stolen from Kaufmann's in the Southern Park Mall.
