MICHELLE SZABADOSFRANK GUGLIOTTA
XYOUNGSTOWN -- Michelle Marie Szabados, 4466 Fitzgerald Ave., Austintown, and Frank Patrick Gugliotta, 618 Churchill Road, Girard, were united in marriage Oct. 29 at Youngstown Baptist Church.
The Rev. Dave Watkins officiated at the 2 p.m. ceremony, and afterward a reception was held at The Georgetown in Boardman.
They have postponed their wedding trip to California until summer and live at the groom's address.
Parents of the bride are Lester and Georgette Szabados, also of 4466 Fitzgerald Ave., and the groom is a son of Frank Gugliotta, 4410 Red Arrow, St. Joseph, Mich., and the late Lydia Gugliotta.
The bride's ivory A-line gown was embellished with sequins, pearls and lace, and featured spaghetti straps, a sweetheart neckline and a detachable train.
Cashmere-colored gowns were worn by the bride's sisters and honor attendants, Renee Bornemiss and Lori Toporcer, and the bridesmaids, Nadia Gugliotta and Sandra Roy, sisters of the groom; Lisa Kurak; and Tracy Winans. Flower girls were the bride's nieces, Jenna and Cara Bornemiss, and the groom's niece, Julia Roy.
James Koch served as best man, and groomsmen were Jason Webber, the groom's cousin; George Roy, his brother-in-law; Anthony Castor; David Sabatino; and Rob Trimbu.
The bride graduated cum laude from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in education. The groom attended YSU.
