Neo-Nazis get OK for rally
TOLEDO (AP) -- Members of a neo-Nazi group whose planned march touched off rioting in a city neighborhood in October have received permission to hold a rally downtown Dec. 10.
The Ohio Building Authority has granted a request by members of the neo-Nazi National Socialist Movement to hold the two-hour rally in front of a state-owned government building.
The building authority said the State Highway Patrol would be responsible for securing the property and that the group would be expected to cooperate with troopers.
The Oct. 15 march by the neo-Nazi group was canceled before it began but resulted in several hours of rioting. More than 120 people were arrested.
