A summary of recent crime in Boardman Township:
Nov. 25
Unauthorized use of a vehicle: A woman reported her car was used without permission while she was at Value City Department Store, 1130 Boardman-Poland Road.
Misuse of a credit card: A man told police his credit card was fraudulently used at Sears in the Southern Park Mall.
Misuse of a credit card: A woman reported her stolen debit card was used twice at an automated-teller machine at Giant Eagle, 1201 Doral Drive.
Forgery: An employee at the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles, 229 Boardman-Canfield Road, discovered someone presented a forged title to obtain a vehicle registration.
Fraud: A woman told police she fell victim to a money scam while at Sky Bank, 7235 South Ave., and Charter One Bank, 955 Boardman-Poland Road.
Theft: A woman reported the theft of her wallet from her purse while she was at Kaufmann's in the Southern Park Mall.
Theft/criminal damaging: A woman in the 40 block of Melbourne Avenue found her vehicle had been broken into and items were missing.
Theft: A woman noticed a wheel missing from her car while it was being serviced at Firestone Tire & amp; Service Center, 7401 Market St.
Theft: A woman reported her purse was removed from a dressing room at the J.C. Penney store in the Southern Park Mall.
Theft: A Value City Department Store employee discovered a cellular phone stolen from a counter.
Criminal damaging: A fence was damaged near the former Bull & amp; Bear Tavern, 1247 Boardman-Poland Road.
Theft: A woman discovered her purse missing while she shopped at Kmart, 1209 Boardman-Poland Road.
Criminal damaging: A car was damaged at Cinemark Movies 8, 469 Boardman-Poland Road.
Assaults: Two people told officers they were assaulted, one at Rockne's, 1497 Boardman-Canfield Road, and the other at Jillian's Entertainment in the Southern Park Mall.
Breaking and entering: Someone broke into Coyoacan Mexican Restaurant, 1393 Boardman-Canfield Road.
Theft: A 19-year-old Youngstown man was picked up near Market Street and Midlothian Boulevard. He was wanted on a warrant from Boardman charging him with theft.
Arrest: A Campbell man, 42, was arrested at Kmart on charges of receiving stolen property and trafficking in drugs, a felony.
Arrest: A 33-year-old Boardman man was taken into custody at Wal-Mart, 1300 Doral Drive, on charges of receiving stolen property and disorderly conduct while intoxicated.
Arrest: Police picked up a man, 19, at his Struthers residence. He was charged with theft.
Nov. 26
Robbery: Police apprehended a Boardman man, 22, after they said he refused to pull over for them. The suspect faced charges of complicity to robbery, receiving stolen property and fleeing and eluding police after a woman reported someone grabbed her purse from her arms at Rulli Bros., 5780 South Ave.
Theft: Police arrested two 12-year-old Youngstown boys on theft charges after cellular phone accessories were stolen from Touchtel Wireless in the Southern Park Mall.
Theft: A woman discovered items missing from her purse while at Club South Health & amp; Fitness Center, 7120 Tiffany Blvd.
Criminal mischief: Someone damaged part of a lawn in the 1600 block of Country Club Avenue.
Robbery: A 22-year-old Salem man was charged with robbery after security personnel at Gabriel Bros., 850 Boardman-Poland Road, reported a shoplifting suspect fought with them as they tried to detain him.
Arrest: While investigating a reported carjacking, officers arrested a Youngstown man, 36, on two warrants, one from Boardman charging him with burglary. The man, however, was not part of the carjacking, police said.
Arrest: A Struthers girl, 16, faces charges of endangering children and being an unruly juvenile. While answering a call, police say they discovered she left her younger siblings in a vehicle unattended.
Drugs: During a traffic stop, police charged a 21-year-old Youngstown man with possession of drug paraphernalia after saying a suspected marijuana pipe was found.
Arrest: After pulling over a vehicle, police arrested a 19-year-old North Lima man on charges of aggravated trafficking in drugs, improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and driving under suspension. Officers say they found a shotgun in the passenger seat as well as a bag of suspected marijuana in the car.
Nov. 27
Theft: A man in the 1800 block of Canavan Drive reported his car stereo stolen.
Theft: A set of headphones was stolen from Target, 417 Boardman-Poland Road.
Recovered property: A vehicle was found after a man in the 400 block of Erskine Avenue reported it stolen.
Assaults: A woman told police three people were assaulted at Boston Market, 435 Boardman-Poland Road.
Attempted theft: A man in the 1800 block of Lealand Avenue reported someone smashed his car's vent window.
Arrests: After responding to a call about someone pounding on an apartment door, police apprehended a Youngstown man and a Colorado man, both 25. Each was charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated and obstruction of official business.
Arrest: Police took a 32-year-old Youngstown woman into custody who was wanted on warrants from Boardman charging her with robbery and criminal trespass. She was accused of stealing purses from Dillard's in the Southern Park Mall in July and pepper-spraying security officials who tried to stop her.
Nov. 28
Theft/criminal damaging: A man in the 4800 block of Erie Street reported his vehicle's driver's-side window broken and a stereo stolen.
Theft: Tires, rims and taillights were stolen from a truck for sale at Harv's Cars, 8091 Market St.
Theft/criminal damaging: An employee at The Donnell Auto Group, 7955 Market St., reported someone broke into a truck and stole items.
Possible theft: A man at Circuit City, 7230 Market St., reported his wallet missing.
Theft: Police arrested a 43-year-old Youngstown man on charges of theft and obstructing official business. He was accused of stealing four DVDs from Video Warehouse, 105 Boardman-Canfield Road, and lying about his identity.
Theft/misuse of credit cards: A man discovered that two credit cards and his driver's license missing while at Club South and that the cards were fraudulently used at several Boardman locations.
Arrest: A 31-year-old Canfield man was picked up on two felony warrants from Boardman. The charges were receiving stolen property and forgery.
Citation: A Youngstown woman, 27, was cited on a charge of disorderly conduct after police responded to a fight at the Southern Park Mall.
Arrest: Police responded to a report of someone driving around the Shops at Boardman Park in the 300 block of Boardman-Poland Road with a suspicious light on top of the car. They arrested a 20-year-old Youngstown man, no address given. He was charged with impersonating a police officer and security officer.
Arrest: After responding to a suspicious vehicle, officers took a 45-year-old Boardman man into custody. He was charged with obstructing official business, operating a vehicle under the influence and having an open container of alcohol.
