Nov. 20
Unauthorized use: A Talsman Drive woman reported that she allowed her son to take her car to the grocery store at noon and notified police five hours later saying he had not returned and she had no way to contact him.
Nov. 21
Theft: A woman reported that her wallet had been taken from the bottom of her purse at Perkins Restaurant on U.S. Route 224. She said the wallet contained her driver's license, Social Security number, a credit card and a debit card, and she had received calls from the fraud department of her credit card company about several transactions that had taken place on the card.
Drug charges: Police arrested a 25-year-old Austintown man for possession of one 100 mg. generic Darvoet, and also charged him with drug abuse, obtaining, possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police found a pipe with marijuana residue in it. His car was impounded.

Carrying a concealed weapon, drug paraphernalia: Police arrested an 18-year-old Canfield man at Wadsworth Street and West Main Street for carrying concealed weapons, swords, all of which were more than 10 inches long. He also faces drug charges after prescription drugs were found on him.

Drug offense: A Youngstown man was arrested at Interstate 680 and Meridian Road on charges of trafficking in marijuana, drug abuse, cocaine, permitting drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Theft: Gas and sunglasses were stolen from Sheetz gas station, 5499 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: A 2004 red Dodge Dakota was stolen from Ron Haus Autogroup, 4375 Mahoning Ave.
Breaking and entering: An unknown amount of aluminum and spin wheels were stolen from B & amp;R Wholesale Tire, 116 S. Meridian Road.
Criminal damaging: A window was damaged at Crepe Caf & eacute;, 1412 S. Raccoon Road.
Vandalism: A Coca-Cola machine door was pried open in the lobby of Westchester Apartments, 4821 Westchester Drive.
Theft: A purse was taken from a cart at Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.
Receiving stolen property: A man was arrested for driving a motor vehicle with stolen plates.
Theft: Gasoline was stolen from Sheetz gas station.
Counterfeit: A counterfeit $100 bill was passed at Wal-Mart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: A license plate was stolen from a vehicle at the Wilshire Apartments, 3820 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: A compact-disc player was stolen from an auto parked at a residence in the 700 block of Oberlin Place.
Abandoned vehicle: Four vehicles were abandoned at Carl's Towing, 6704 Mahoning Ave.
Counterfeit: Counterfeit $20 bills were passed at Get Go, 5163 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: Gasoline was reported stolen from Sheetz gas station.
Theft: Two men were issued summonses for stealing food at Giant Eagle, 5220 Mahoning Ave.

Fraud: A credit card was stolen and one of the purchases made on it was diesel fuel purchased at Fuel-Mart, 5301 Seventy-Six Drive.
Breaking and entering: Scrap metal was taken from Precision of Ohio, 3850 Hendricks Road.
Theft: A juvenile is a suspect in a theft at Kmart.
Theft: Bank checks were taken from a residence in the 5000 block of Yorktown Lane.

Drug offense: An Austintown man was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at Mahoning Avenue and Meridian Road.
Criminal damaging: A male juvenile in a car had been drinking and punched out the front windshield and rear-view-mirror of a vehicle at state Route 46 at Interstate Boulevard.
Receiving stolen property: A man was arrested at the Rebel Truck Stop, 5335 Seventy-Six Drive, and charged with receiving a stolen auto.
Theft: Gasoline was stolen at Country Fair, 1143 N. Niles-Canfield Road.
Theft: Pills were taken from a vehicle on South Navarre Avenue.

Theft: $200 was stolen from the Hampton Inn, 870 N. Canfield-Niles Road.
Theft: $150 was stolen from a checking account at Farmer's National Bank, 22 N. Canfield-Niles Road.
Theft: A 1995 silver Dodge Ram 1500 was stolen from Kmart parking lot on Mahoning Avenue.
Theft: A man was arrested for shoplifting at Sheetz gas station.
Breaking and entering: The rear door was pried open and an industrial meat slicer taken from Chef's Express, 4284 New Road.
Theft: Two men were arrested and charged with theft at Wal-Mart.

Theft: 12.3 gallons of gasoline was stolen from Pilot Oil, 1150 N. Canfield-Niles Road.
Counterfeit: A counterfeit $20 bill was passed at Belleria Pizza, 5626 Mahoning Ave.
Counterfeit: A counterfeit $20 bill was passed at the BP gas station, 5502 Mahoning Ave.
Attempted theft: Someone attempted to enter the storage freezer at the rear of Rulli Brothers, 4331 Kirk Road.
Theft: Fuel was taken from Sheetz gas station.
Breaking and entering: A rear door was kicked in, but nothing was reported missing at A-Plus Appraisals, 3342 S. Meridian Road.
Vandalism: The garage door was dented to a home in the 3000 block of White Beech Lane.
Burglary: A garage was entered at a home in the 100 block of North Turner Road and taken were an Alpha Sport four-wheeler, a 2003 Honda TRX 300 four-wheeler and a 2002 Harley Davison SMX.

Unauthorized use: A 1998 Chevrolet was taken by the victim's juvenile daughter and returned at a home in the 5000 block of Oakcrest Drive.
Weapons offense: A 9 mm pistol was found in a vehicle with four occupants, two of whom were arrested for curfew violation at Oakwood and Lexington avenues.
Theft: A snow plow was stolen at IGA, 4477 Mahoning Ave.
Burglary: A burglary was reported at a home in the 3000 block of Burkey Road, but nothing was missing.
Theft: Food was not paid for at China Buffet, 1739 S. Raccoon Road.
