XCANFIELD -- Christopher M. Barton Sr. and his bride, the former Vicki L. Giannini, live in Austintown after a wedding trip to Cove Haven in the Pocono Mountains.
They were married Aug. 6 at Canfield United Methodist Church.
The Rev. Robert Mitchell officiated at the 1 p.m. ceremony, and a reception was held afterward at The Elm Tree in Struthers.
Rodney and Shirley Hoover of Boardman are parents of the bride, and the groom is a son of Dave and Kathy Kihm of Girard.
The bride's A-line ivory gown was enhanced with beads, sequins and lace and featured spaghetti straps.
Celadon gowns were worn by the bride's cousin and honor attendant, Sherri Clay of Youngstown, and the bridesmaids, Heather Bland of Youngstown, Tiffani Bland of East Palestine and Lisa Cera of Canfield. Flower girl was Gabriella Cera of Canfield.
Serving as best man was Greg Kalmer, and groomsmen were Steve Shovlin, Joe Fanto, and Mike Mancini, all of Youngstown. Ring bearer was the groom's son, Christopher Barton Jr., also of Youngstown.
A graduate of Trumbull Business College, the bride holds an associate in business administration and is a human-resource administrator with R.A.S. Manufacturing Co., Youngstown.
The groom is a gas-well tender with North Coast Energy in Austintown.
