XYOUNGSTOWN -- A reception was held Aug. 13 at the Butler Institute of American Art to honor Donald Frank Andrews and his bride, the former Kimberly Joy Williams, both of 1070 Winterbrook Way, Austell, Ga., following their 3:30 p.m. wedding at First Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Lewis Macklin III presided.
Parents of the bride are Kathleen Adams, 3907 Windsor Road, Boardman, and Alan Williams of Stone Mountain, Ga. The groom is a son of Anita Andrews, 3769 S. Lake Park Ave., Chicago.
The bride's halter-style gown featured a corset bodice, keyhole back and a cathedral train, and was enhanced with lace appliques.
Khi & aacute; Moses and Charie Eiland-DuBose were honor attendants, and bridesmaids were Ryan Pack, Kimberly Mayfield, Marita Hart, Candace O'Kello, Mary Andrews and Felicia Moses. They wore plum and lilac gowns. Flower girl was Delia Watson, and the miniature bride was C'asia DuBose.
Kareem Salley was best man, and groomsmen were Franz Kenny, Alan Williams II, Roland Lisle, Kaeshaun Byers, David Donlow and Matthew Richardson. Ring bearer was Christopher Jackson, miniature groom was Darell Jackson, and ushers were Tuffey Cochrane and Robert Wilson.
The couple honeymooned in Aruba and live in Atlanta.
A graduate of Spelman College in Atlanta, the bride is employed with Cobb County School District in Georgia.
The groom, a loan officer with American Freedom Mortgage in Marietta, Ga., graduated from Morehouse College in Atlanta.
