XCANFIELD -- The wedding of Caroline Marie Dade and Jaymes Robert Guesman took place at 3:30 p.m. Aug. 13 at Old North Church.
The ceremony was solemnized by the Rev. Chris Jarrett, and the couple were honored during a reception at the Holiday Inn MetroPlex, Girard, before leaving for St. Martin. They live at 1318 Airport Road, Warren.
The bride is a daughter of Christine and Harry Peterson, 1100 Boardman-Canfield Road, Boardman, and James P. Dade, 5531 state Route 303 N.W., Newton Falls. Parents of the groom are Robert and Christine Guesman, also of the Airport Road address.
The bride's two-piece A-line gown of ivory organza was embellished with multicolored embroidery on the bodice and train.
Lilac gowns were worn by the bride's cousin and honor attendant, Ellen Countryman; the bridesmaids, Kelly Harrison, Andrea Justice and Carolyn White, and the junior bridesmaids, Samantha Countryman, cousin of the bride, and Rachel Bailey. Flower girl was Emily Lutz.
Best man was Josef Guesman, brother of the groom, and groomsmen were Randy Reed, Todd Davis and the bride's brother, Zachary Dade. Ring bearer was T.J. Lutz.
The bride and groom graduated from Ohio State University with degrees, hers in early childhood development and education and his in hospitality management. She is a preschool teacher at Great Expectations in Niles, and he is an assistant manager with Bob Evans Restaurants in Boardman.
