XPOLAND -- The Rev. Anthony LaGamba officiated at a 2 p.m. July 30 ceremony as Charity Lynch, 731 E. Dewey Ave., Youngstown, and Bryan Griffith, 3514 Dover Road, Youngstown, were united in marriage at High Pointe Assembly of God Church.
After a reception at the Croatian Home in Youngstown, the couple left on a wedding trip to Las Vegas. They live at the groom's address.
Parents of the bride are Russell and Donna Lynch, 6607 Silica Road, Youngstown, and Toni and Jeff MacCartney, 17 N. Leffingwell Road, Orwell. The groom's parents are Joe and Joyce Griffith, 43 Wesley Ave., Youngstown, and Faye and Ted Sloan, 529 Collins Ave., Youngstown.
The bride's satin gown featured box pleats and a satin-banded dropped waist.
Periwinkle gowns were worn by the honor attendant, Jeanie King; the bridesmaids, Kari Sloan, Teddi Sloan and Amanda Vestal; and the junior bridesmaids, Kellie Kubic, Casie Saunders and Faith Saunders. Flower girl was Annie Lynch.
Serving as best man was Shaun Updegraff, groomsmen were James Benson, Ryan Galardi and Jeff Hasenflu, and junior groomsmen were Eddie Kubic and Bryce Saunders. Ring bearers were Andrew and Anthony Griffith.
The bride earned a bachelor's degree at Youngstown State University and is a physical education, health and English teacher and a soccer and basketball coach at Youngstown Christian School. The groom, an electrician apprentice with Gulu Electric in Youngstown, attended YSU.
