B & amp;B Backstage owner seeks restraining order

YOUNGSTOWN -- The operator of B & amp;B Backstage is seeking a restraining order to prevent the property owner from keeping the Boardman concert venue closed.
B & amp;B operator Dave Roberts sought the order in a suit filed Wednesday in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court against property owners Tom Komara and Dave Handel. The suit also seeks damages.
A dispute over rent payments late last week led Komara to have two large trailers driven into the venue and parked in front of the stage. Concerts last weekend were moved or canceled, but other events remain on the schedule. The trucks have since been removed.
Komara said Roberts failed to pay rent. Roberts said he was withholding paying his rent for several reasons, including the cost of maintenance work.
