XCAMBRIDGE -- Nuptial vows were exchanged by Shannon N. Greathouse and Joseph L. Morabito during a 4:30 p.m. ceremony July 23 officiated by the Rev. Scott Walsh at Cambridge Christ United Methodist Church.
Parents of the couple are Thomas and Melody Greathouse, 833 Lakeside Drive, and Peter and Karen Morabito, 6463 S. Timberidge Ave., Austintown.
After a reception at Yogi's Reception Hall, the couple left for the Mayan Riviera in Mexico. They live at 679 Sloane Ave., Mansfield.
The bride wore a strapless, pearl satin gown embellished with embroidery, Swarovski crystals and pearls and featuring a corset back and sweep train.
Antique lilac gowns were worn by the bride's sister and honor attendant, Julie Greathouse, and the bridesmaids, Megan Bishop, Kristin Boggs, Lyndsey Edwards, Erin Joyce and Amber Noonan.
Jim Morabito was best man for his brother, and groomsmen were Matt Christian, Pat Hopkins, Russ House, Chris Zuercher and the bride's brother, Tyler Greathouse.
The bride received a bachelor's degree in speech pathology and audiology and a master's in speech-language pathology from Kent State University. She is employed by Mid-Ohio Educational Service Center in Mansfield as a speech pathologist. The groom earned a bachelor's degree in elementary education and a master's in elementary administration from Ashland University. He is a middle-school teacher, coach and assistant athletic director for the Plymouth-Shiloh School District in Plymouth.
