XYOUNGSTOWN -- The wedding of Melissa A. Rupnik of Canfield and Christopher W. Cramer of Austintown took place July 23 at Youngstown Baptist Church.
The 2:30 p.m. ceremony was solemnized by the Rev. Dave Watkins, and a reception was held in honor of the couple at the Regency House in Austintown.
The daughter of Cheryl McRae of Canfield and Ed and Karen Rupnik of Austintown and the son of Carl and Kathy Cramer of Austintown have postponed their honeymoon until spring. They live at 4853 Westchester Drive, Austintown.
Beaded lace embellished the bodice of the bride's white satin strapless gown. It featured a tulle skirt and a chapel train.
Tracy Rupnik, the bride's sister and honor attendant, wore a periwinkle gown, as did the bridesmaids, Amanda Groves, Nancy Snavely and Tina Watkins. Junior bridesmaids were Kinsey Watkins and Tayler Chambers, and flower girl was the bride's cousin, Izabelle Canning.
The duties of best man were shared by Rob Cronenwett and Jim Aeppli, and groomsmen were Eric Ensley and Ron Blevins. Ring bearer was the bride's cousin, Ethan Canning.
The bride graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in early childhood education. She is a teacher at Summit Academy.
The groom graduated from YSU with a bachelor's degree in fine arts.
