Man charged with disorderly conduct

AUSTINTOWN -- Township police charged a man with disorderly conduct and drug offenses after police said they found him staggering in the road in the area of Bentwillow Drive and Timber Lane.
Paul E. Megown, 44, was arrested after a foot chase about 10 p.m. Wednesday and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, according to police reports. He was also charged with failure to desist.
