Parents announce Baker-Shaffer engagement

XNEW CASTLE, Pa. -- The engagement of Marissa Kaylene Baker, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin F. Baker of New Castle, formerly of Lake Milton, and Brian Andrew Shaffer, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Shaffer, all of New Castle, is being announced by their parents.
Miss Baker is an office manager with International Track Systems Inc. Mr. Shaffer is employed as a steelworker with Ellwood Specialty Steel.
The couple will be married at 1:30 p.m. Nov. 12 at Epworth United Methodist Church. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and also for an evening reception at The Villa.
