XCroatian Home of St. George Lodge 66 will hold a pasta dinner from 4:30 to 8 p.m. at the clubrooms at 3200 Vestal Road, Youngstown. Dinners will feature your choice of red or white spaghetti, ravioli or cavatelli, salad, bread and butter, and coffee. Proceeds will benefit the club's building fund.
FRIDAY
XHoly Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church will serve fish dinners from 4 to 7 p.m. at the church hall, 53 Laird Ave., Youngstown. The menu will consist of baked or fried Icelandic cod, Spanish rice or haluski, macaroni and cheese, french fries, coleslaw, string beans, applesauce, bread, and coffee or tea. The cost is $7 for adults and $3.50 for children. Dessert will be an additional $1.50. Containers will be provided for takeouts. Orders will be accepted from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at (330) 792-1005.

SATURDAY
XCoalburg United Methodist Church, 1906 Wick-Campbell Road, Hubbard, will hold a chicken barbecue with dine-in or takeout dinners from 4 to 7 p.m. The menu will include half a chicken, parsley potatoes, green beans, coleslaw, bread and beverage. Tickets are $7 for adults and can be purchased from any church member or at the door. There will also be a bake sale.
XNorth Lima Mennonite Church, Route 7, North Lima, will have its annual chicken barbecue from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Tickets are $7.50 for adults and $3.50 for children. Carryouts will be available.
SUNDAY
XCapt. Charles M. Marino Post 3, Italian-American War Veterans, 113 S. Meridian Road, Youngstown, will serve spaghetti dinners from noon to 5 p.m. The cost is $5.50 for adults and $3 for children 6 to 10. Those under 6 may eat for free. Carryouts also will be available; containers can be purchased or patrons may provide their own.

XSenior UOL of Sts. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Orthodox Church, is accepting takeout orders for stuffed cabbage and haluski until Sunday.Pickup will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 28 at 1025 N. Belle Vista Ave. Baked goods will also be available. Stuffed cabbage will be $11 a dozen ($1 for containers), and haluski will be $3 a quart.
